How do I create my first job?

Tap the + button on the home screen, enter the job name and client details, then start adding completion photos from your camera or photo library.

Where is my data stored?

All your job data, photos, signatures, and PDFs are stored locally on your device. We don't operate any server that collects or syncs your data.

How does client approval work?

Once your photos and checklist are ready, hand the device to your client. They can review the work, sign with their finger, and approve or add notes — all within the app.

Can I add GPS location to my photos?

Yes. When you grant location access, FieldProof can tag photos with GPS coordinates for evidence. You can enable or disable this at any time in iOS Settings.

How do I share or export a job?

Open any completed job, tap Generate PDF, then use the iOS share sheet to send it via email, messages, AirDrop, or save it to your files.

How do I manage my FieldProof Pro subscription?

Your subscription is managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to change or cancel your plan.

Will I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes — because data is stored locally, deleting the app permanently removes all job records, photos, and PDFs from your device. Make sure to export anything you need first.

Troubleshooting

If FieldProof isn't working as expected, try these steps:

Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
Restart the app by swiping it away in the app switcher and reopening it.
Check that camera and photo library permissions are enabled in Settings → FieldProof.
If subscription features aren't unlocking, tap Restore Purchases in the app settings.
Restart your device if issues persist.
